CRYOGENIC GASEOUS OXYGEN PLANTS


GEECO's cryogenic gaseous oxygen plants use a proprietary design for efficient production of gaseous oxygen at high purity levels (99.6% oxygen minimum) for specialized applications.

There are two rotating pieces of machinery on any modern cryogenic plant.

The first is the main air compressor. GEECO uses world class vendors for both centrifugal and rotary screw compressors. If the customer has a preference for a specific vendor, GEECO can, in most cases, accommodate that request without an additional charge.

The second piece of rotating machinery is a turboexpander. GEECO uses air-bearing turboexpanders that are derived from components that have exhibited a MTBF of over100,000 hours.

GEECO uses an extremely efficient and proprietary process to minimize power consumption. A product oxygen compressor is available as an option for cylinder filling applications.
